Soy: for health and wellbeing
The progress in technical refining process
helped the diffusion of soy in western
countries.
Always basic food in the Eastern alimentation,
soy is a precious ally for an healthy shape
and wellbeing, thanks to the high biological
value of its proteins, those are a perfect
substitute for meat.
Soy doesn’t contain many fats and they are
only mono- and poli-unsatured (the so called
“goods fats”): cholesterol is actually absent.
Furthermore the seeds as well as the flours
contain carbohydrates, important source of
energy for our body. Soy contains also fibres,
lecithin, and vegetal proteins, good allies in
anti-ageing process.
Soy proteins are high tolerated from the
kidney as well as from gastric tissue.

Soy base Pernigotti consists in
lipids, proteins, soy flour and inulin. The
sweeter used is levulose (fructose).
The base doesn’t contain lactose, milk
powder, sucrose or dextrose.
Composition of the soy sorbet: 1 kg of
product (1 bag) and 2 litres of warm water.
This kind of sorbet is also suggested to all
those consumers who are intolerant to milk
products and for diabetics.

Base Soy Vanilla
Base Soy Neutra, which could be
flavoured with sugar-free pastes and
containing only vegetal fats (NOCCIOLA,
PISTACCHIO PURO, MANDORLA, CACAO, GIANDUIA
