Dark chocolate
Dark chocolate is a precious source
of phosphor, potassium, calcium, magnesium,
and iron. But above all it contains a magic
substance “theobromin” (from old Greek “food
of the Gods”), able to stimulate the cardiac
activity, the concentration ability, the
physical endurance and the ability to contrast
depression and anxiety.
Dark chocolate can contain cocoa in a
percentage variable from 35% to 42%. The
finest one reach 43%, the extra bitter more
than 50%. The Pernigotti extra bitter dark
chocolate has a higher quality, showed by an
elevated cocoa percentage, reaching 70%.
Pernigotti gives the chance to realise an ice
cream, produced only with pure dark chocolate,
without milk and its derivatives. This real
and rare taste will allow all the
“choch’aholic” consumers to re-discover in
this ice cream all the pleasure they have in
tasting our finest chocolate products.

vase of “base fluida” and 12 bars of
Pernigotti extra bitter dark chocolate
Shelf life: 24 months
How to use it: mix 1 vase of base with
2 vases of water. Warm up to 60 degrees, add
about 1 Kg of extra bitter chocolate in pieces.
Melt completely. Let it rest for a bit and
freeze. You can also add 50/100 gr. of ice
cream cocoa. |
