Pernigotti obtained the certificate Vision 2000.
This means that Pernigotti completely fulfils the regulation
UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
According to this regulation our Quality System is managed
by a director and 7 employees, in charge of: check of
supplied materials, semi-finished products, end-products and
production processes; check of the weights during the
production phase; research and development of new products,
in co-operation with the Marketing dept. and the Managing
Direction; packaging development; lettering; definition of
the product components list; environmental monitoring.
This regulation aims the achievement of high quality
standards, particularly referred to the customer care:
. improvement in answering the claims rapidly and
precisely.
. satisfaction of customers, employers and suppliers of
our society.
The satisfaction of our customer is our main aim not only in
the production phase, but also (and even more) in the post
selling phase, when the customers should be assisted and
supported.
To grant the complete fulfil of the regulation our
company is periodically controlled by external technicians.
